PLACEMENT SUPPORT POLICY

Prompt Infotech follows a structured, industry-aligned placement support framework aimed at developing job-ready cybersecurity professionals and connecting them with relevant career opportunities.

1. SCOPE OF PLACEMENT SUPPORT

Placement support is offered only for selected programs, including but not limited to One-Year Diploma Courses and other eligible long-term training programs offered by Prompt Infotech.

Placement support is not guaranteed placement, but structured assistance is provided to help students secure relevant job opportunities.

2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Students will be eligible for placement support only if they meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Successfully complete all modules in the course

  • Submit and complete all assignments, projects, and lab work

  • Clear all module-wise examinations

  • Clear any re-examinations (if failed initially)

  • Have no pending fees or dues

Students who fail in any module must reappear and clear the exam to become eligible.

3. COURSE COMPLETION & EVALUATION

After completing the course, students must:

  • Clear a Final Interview Assessment conducted by Prompt Infotech

  • Attend and complete a Mock Interview Evaluation

  • Meet minimum performance standards set by the training team

Only students who pass this stage will proceed to placement support.

4. RESUME PREPARATION & PROFILE REVIEW

Prompt Infotech will:

  • Review student resumes

  • Suggest improvements

  • Rewrite or optimize resumes where required

This is done to ensure alignment with industry expectations in cybersecurity roles.

5. PLACEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES

Prompt Infotech’s placement responsibility is limited to:

  • Identifying relevant job openings in the cybersecurity domain

  • Connecting with companies and recruiters

  • Sharing eligible student profiles

  • Scheduling interview processes

Prompt Infotech acts as a facilitator, not a recruiter.

6. INTERVIEW OPPORTUNITIES

  • A maximum of 3 interview opportunities will be provided per eligible student

  • Interviews will be strictly in the cybersecurity domain

  • No interviews will be arranged outside the relevant domain

  • Students are expected to attend all scheduled interviews (telephonic, virtual, or in-person)

If a student fails to attend more than one scheduled interview without valid justification:

  • The placement process may be paused or delayed

  • This is because repeated no-shows create a negative impression with hiring companies, impacting Prompt Infotech’s professional relationships

Continuation of placement support in such cases will be at the discretion of Prompt Infotech

7. STUDENT PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITY

  • Selection depends entirely on the student’s performance

  • Prompt Infotech does not guarantee job placement with any company in specific

Final hiring decisions are made solely by the hiring organization.

8. RE-ATTEMPT POLICY

If a student is unable to clear 3 interview opportunities:

The student must reappear for:

  • Final Interview Assessment

  • Mock Interview Evaluation

Only after clearing these again will placement support be resumed.

9. ROLE & JOB EXPECTATIONS

Students cannot demand specific roles, companies, or job locations

Opportunities depend on:

  • Market demand

  • Company requirements

  • Student skill level

10. OFFER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

If a student receives a job offer and rejects it, they will no longer be eligible for further placement support

11. COURSE BREAK / DELAY IMPACT

Any break, delay, or extension taken by the student during training may:

  • Affect skill continuity

  • Impact placement opportunities

Prompt Infotech will not be responsible for delays caused by the student.

12. CODE OF CONDUCT

Students are expected to:

  • Attend interviews on time

  • Maintain professional behavior

  • Communicate respectfully with recruiters

  • Failure to do so may result in termination of placement support.

13. DISCLAIMER

Placement support is a value-added service focused on enabling students to secure relevant opportunities through structured guidance, industry connections, and interview support.

Final selection is based on the student’s performance and employer requirements.

Prompt Infotech is not liable for:

  • Rejection by companies

  • Salary expectations mismatch

  • Market conditions
